do sportsbooks give comps for sports betting??

We stay at the Cosmopolitan and usually bet 500 or more on baseball.
Do any sports books on this trip offer com for sports wagering?

Effectively at that level no. You don't even necessarily get drinks, but if you ask they may give you a drink ticket or two per $100 bet.
