I was looking for the best place to go see bartenders flair it up a bit. Any favorites? Also, how often do they flair? Do you have to pay for them to do it? Is it scheduled or just at random times? Thanks!

So this post has been dead for awhile, but my girl still loves to watch flair bartending... It may not be the craze anymore, so any suggestions where to go on the strip to have some nice cocktails that's been thrown around?

I believe Carnival Court at Harrah's is still well known for their flair bartenders, especially during the summer days.

They do... it's a fun spot for a few drinks. It's like spring break. The bartenders are fun and they'll pour shots down your throat, it's great.

I commend you good sir for using the search feature and not starting a new thread.

Good luck on your trip!

Hands down Carnival Court. I got the fortune of getting booked into a room that overlooked the Carnival Court when I stayed at the Imperial Palace this past January.

As well as Christian Delpech, two other bartenders, Robin (who was featured with the Delpech brothers on a Food Network bartending competition) and Ati, are also amazing flair bartenders.

Another spot would be Shadow Bar at Ceasers. Very different that Carnival Court... different vibe... but they will toss some bottles around. I would say Carnival Court is more fun. It's great during the day and they have tables out there.

I saw Chrisitan Delpech a while back. He is definitely the BEST. His brother is no joke too, I saw that food network contest, they rock!
