Today I was making my dinner Reservations and two restaurants that I had planned on eating at did not have reservation times that I wanted avaiable on their online reservation systems... I ended up calling the restaurants directly and got the reservations I wanted... So the lesson is if the restraunt seems booked on say Opentablel.com or the online reservation tool I'd call... Other than that I was wondering if anyone had a rule of thumb as for when to book bottle service and dinner reservations...

For my trip which is in 3 weeks... I booked my flight in Febuary and got a great rate on a nonstop with amazing times... My hotel at Palms Place I reserved in March and again got an amazing rate, I also used my palms club card and asked for a casino host... As for bottle Service and Dinner Reservations I have my plan but I'm making reservations now 3 weeks out...

depends on the restaurant. I have never really had a problem getting tables same day or a day in advance. On holidays and weekends its a little harder especially if you want to sit in a specific area of the restaurant.

Yeah, we just got back from Vegas and at Vic and Anthony's, which was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had, btw. Anyways, I tried to reserve a table for 8 on OpenTable and couldn't get it. I called them directly and there was no issues. This was exactly one week in advance for Friday night at 8 PM.
