Hey guys let me know about the places to eat at or near MGM... I know for late night I read about fatburger next door.. how far of a walk is that? any other late night spots in MGM? What are some of the good places to eat breakfest/dinner at MGM?

Also, How are the bars in MGM for pre gaming or after hours ?

MGM has their 24 hour restaurant, of course, so that's always an option. If you are looking for a cheap quick meal they have a food court which I'm pretty sure it has a McDonald's and other fast food stuff.

Fiamma trattoria is awesome. It's right at the opening of the MGM "restaurant row". They serve pastas and the like. I had these amazing braised short rib raviolli there and the panna cotta for dessert was really good too.

New York New York, which is a quick walk across the street, has some decent pizza which I usually get late night to help sober up. They also have a 24 hour restaurant that's not bad as well.

Breakfast, the buffet at MGM & Mandalay Bay are both very good. :)

The food court was popular with my group last month. I like Whichcraft... great sandwhich place.

Diego is a cheaper Mexican place in MGM that is very good. They make guacamole tableside, so you direct them to make it exactly how you like it. Also, they have different kinds of salt to put on your chips for chips and salsa which is pretty amazing. Great place to stop in after a day at the pool.

Emeril's is also decent. Cajun food if you like creole. I have also dined at Seablue, which is an upscale seafood place. Seablue is decent as well, although I like the bread and the appetizers better than I like my entree (i ordered the seabass in some tandoori pot thing...it was just ok).

Like Kimball said, Witchraft has good sandwiches.

Best restaurant I have ate at in MGM in Craftsteak. Its an upscale steakhouse. I recommend the diver scallops....they are as big as a baseball and the best I have ever eaten.

If all else fails, I walk to the food court at Excalibur across the street and get some Quiznos.
