You know what, that's a darn good point. I guess I tend towards eating a lite but cooked (read no sushi) meal before going out - in the past, Social House @ TI was a good pick, and I hear it's re-opening in the Crystals @ City Center.

Other good spots would be Okada @ Wynn, Fix @ Bellagio, and both Lavo @ Palazzo and Tao @ Venetian (both of which are nightclubs as well)

but to be honest, i would think just about EVERY single restaurant will have something on their menu that's not huge and filling.
