Looking for a cigar bar that's on the strip...been recommended the Petrossian Bar at the Bellagio...any other suggestions?

Rhumbar at the mirage is a good place for a cigar and a drink. There's a decent variety, a nice atmosphere outside and hot waitresses.

i've passed by that place but didn't get a good look inside...
Is it a legit cigar bar with all the services? Or is it more like a cigar shop with an area designated for smoking your purchase?

I might want to try it, so feedback would be appreciated~

I read on another site that Parasol Up Bar at Wynn allows cigars.....anybody know if this is true?

Rhumbar is where I LOVE to go for a good, quality Cigar and a great cocktail before going out for the evening after dinner.
