Not necessarily full vegetarian just with a good selection for a vegan??? Everywhere seems to serve steak etc but need help finding something for my mom's first trip, oh and she loves spicy food too!!?!?!?!?!?

I don't recall any place like that, but I think restaurants in Vegas are very accommodating with a gamut of dietary needs/concerns. i took a very picky eater to mon ami gabi, and they were really accommodating and made stuff not on the menu. Somewhere nice is gaylord in the rio. famous indian restaurant. Indian restaurants usually have a good selection of vegetarian options, and should be spicy too, but i'm not sure if they will have vegan options.
