TR- Day 1 – Off on time (Monday)

My lovely wife (Jenn) and I decided a while back to go to Vegas for hear Bday (she’s 30 now, HAHA) and New Year’s. We leave the driveway at 7:55AM. Great I think 5 minutes early. Stop and get some coffee and on our way we are. Consider this, we go to Vegas at least a couple times a year and I go several more for work or with the boys and always fly. I have not driven to Vegas for like 3 years and last time I drove I told myself I would never drive again. Since we are going for 5 nights I decide to drive this time. What a fucking mistake. Anyway, start heading up the road, on Carefree highway there is construction. WTF, on the week of New Year’s. After and extra 30 minutes and yelling and flipping off the construction workers we finally make it to Kingman. Stop by the golf course to play and quick round while Jenn sleeps in the car. Get out and realize it is seriously 30* outside. Since I’m crazy I still get a round in. I should have taken notice when the gut in the pro shop said “Keep you ball on the right side of the greens as the left side is frozen solid.” He was right it was like putting on ice. Since no one else is crazy I’m done in under two hours. Go back to the car to unfreeze. Stop by in and out grab a double double, that is the only good thing about AZ, in and out is fucking great. Cross the dam without too much hassle notice that the line going to the dam from Nevada is over 10 miles long and backed up all the way to Boulder City, looks like we are going home through Laughlin. Did I mention I HATE driving to Vegas?

Once we see the strip put on some music from the hangover soundtrack and we are ready to party for the next 5 days. Stop by Mandalay bay to see if we can switch out Black Eyed Peas tickets from tues to wed. They tell me since I bought though Ticketmaster I have to call them. Talk to Ticketmaster say I can’t exchange. Fucking Assholes! Off to Planet Hollywood.

Traffic on the strip sucks as always, again I’m questioning my decision to drive. It was fucking stupid! Get to Planet Hollywood valet parked. I now realize we have 6 suitcases and a cooler. Hell a group of 6 people behind us only had like 3. I’m like wtf we need 6 fucking suitcases for 5 nights. Jenn says something about why, but as usual, I don’t really listen. It’s still bullshit if you ask me! Line for checking is over 2 hour wait. This is a fuckin Monday, give me a break. There is another line with only one person in it, says for Starwood Preferred guests and VIP’s or some shit like that. Go to that line; get checked in, in like 5 minutes. Stupid people who waited in line! Tried to give the clerk $100 sandwich to get upgraded. See was very nice and not back to look at! She told me they recently changed their policy on tips and that 5 people had been fired in the last week for taking tips. She says it really sucks because they used to make a shitload off tips and now they are all hurting. She still puts us in a room the floor below the top with a view of the Bellagio Fountains. All in all not bad. There rooms are pretty good size, btw.

Go up to the room, have the bell hop bring up the bags. He also makes a comment about why we have so much luggage. I’m like don’t ask me! I go downstairs to do some gambling while Jenn stays in the room and does who knows what. Win a little on black jack and craps. Head down to ABC stores inside miracle mile shops and pick up some mixers for the shitload of alcohol we brought. At least they have reasonable prices!

Eventually we get ready and head over to Mandalay Bay. Keep in mind Jenn has already downed a bottle of Champagne and I am feeling pretty good, too. Head over to stripsteak because we have a $50 coupon. Like an hour wait so we decide to eat at the bar. The bartender was really cool; he kept giving Jenn free shots for her Bday! (Saves me money). Also the Ribeye at this place is awesome, so are the sides. We hang out there for a couple of hours and proceed to get loaded. We had planned on going to the foundation room that night but by this point Jenn is at her limit. End up going back to Planet Hollywood, do some gambling, go to the room, do some fooling around and we eventually pass out!

Again, we were tired from fucking driving; I’m not making that mistake again! It was probably a good thing going to bed early the first night because the next 4 nights were crazy!

I'd like to point out that out of the 6 bags, 1 was a cooler, two were all Will's, and 1 more was split between us! Mind you he loads up 2 suitcases and only wears half of what's in 1. Nice baby, trying to blame the excessive amount of luggage on me =)

TR – Day 2 – Jenn’s Bday, Black Eyed Peas and LMFAO

We wake up mid morning since we went to bed early. Too bad it was not 5 crazy nights in Vegas! Its Jenn’s Bday, I give her some money and we go shopping at the miracle mile shops. Please kill me now. We are walking around for what seems like days and days. I think we circled the damn place twice. She finally decides what she wants to buy after she goes into like a billion fucking stores. I was proud of myself because I did not even bitch as much as usual. I could have been more productive on the golf course though. Grab some lunch from Blondies sports bar. That place rules, all the waitresses dress in slutty cheerleading outfits:D . Sweet! Jenn goes back to the room to take a nap / spend five hours getting dressed. I swear it takes her almost as long as George (NyceGuy) to get ready. (More on NyceGuy’s issues later!). I start to head down the strip to get to the Wynn to pick up our tickets for LMFAO at blush later that night. On the way I stop at Bill’s gambling hall and a few other casinos and proceed to win a little bit of money! I also start to load up on the drinks:) . Get to the Wynn, talk to the girl at Blush counter and she tells me what to do when we come back later. I was hoping to see her when we went back! Back to the room, pre-drink and Jenn finishes getting ready and off we go.

We go to the sushi place inside the MGM. They have the best fucking sushi. So good! We are kind of running late so we have to hurry. The couple next to us didn’t even talk to each other the entire time we were there. I guess they are not having a good trip:( the group on the other side of us has like 3 kids with them. WTF! Three kids in Vegas! Stupid ass people! Anyway we get to Mandalay Bay at 7pm right when the doors open. We had floor tickets so we got an awesome spot right by the stage, like three feet away. You could smell Fergie:rolleyes: . She smelt good, btw! Since we got there early, we had to wait forever for the show to start. Right before the show started two Cougars with their kids try to cut their way to the front. By this time we had made pretty good friends with everyone around us. We all proceed to tell them to Fuck off and that we had been standing there for hours, so beat it. The cougars could have stayed, though. A few minutes later another couple tries to cut their way all the way to the stage. They keep yelling out seat numbers or some shit. We all yell back that it is general admission on the floor you dumbasses. They still won’t leave till some crazy bitch standing with us threatens to kick their ass. They finally, go somewhere else. The concert fuckin rocked! Best concert I have seen in a long time.

It’s now after 11pm and LMFAO is supposed to perform at Blush at midnight. Run to the Luxor to get a cab. The line at Mandalay Bay was crazy long. Get to the Luxor and realize the line there is just as fucking long. Start walking towards the street and are able to flag down a cab that is going to the Luxor. The guy asks where we are going, tell him the Wynn so he takes us. I guess he we were going close by he would have taken his chances at the taxi stand! Wave to all the people in line as we pass by, they don’t look too happy. This cabbie turns out to be fucking crazy. We hit 120mph on Tropicana between the strip and the freeway. I think we hit like 130mph on the freeway. He is on everyone’s ass and I swear we almost get into like 10 accidents. The good part – he got us to the Wynn in record time and we didn’t die!

Go to Blush, line is crazy long. Good thing we had already purchased tickets. Get inside in less than 5 minutes. We don’t wait in lines on jc.com!!!! Now a few things about Blush. This is the most crowded I have ever seen a nightclub, including NYE. This place is fucking packed. We could not even walk around at all. Every time I went and got drinks it took over 30 minutes because they only have one bar and the place was a zoo. However, this place had the hottest women of any club I have ever been to. The women were gorgeous. (Almost as good as the ones from the forum that were there on NYE: Jenn, Loves, Aria, SoCal, the sisters, and of course Moe!). There were tons of high class hookers with their asses hanging out in this place. I was in heaven! It was great. I also saw this guy who had to be in his 60’s. He was going around hitting on 20 year old ass. I just kept thinking that will be me when I get old!!! I’ll be walking around hitting on 20 year old ass! Awesome! Anyway, LMFAO doesn’t start performing till like 2:30AM, so much for rushing to get there. By this time the place is really packed. Couldn’t even move at all! I was kind of disappointed because they were wasted by the time they started performing and only played for like 20 minutes and were done. So much for that.

The night was fun, but kind of sucked. At the concert we both lost our buzz as it was so packed you could not leave the floor to get drinks. We couldn’t get our buzz back at Blush because it took forever just to get one drink. What a bunch of bullshit! They should have beer vendors at the concerts, just like sporting events so that you can keep a buzz going. I think t this point we went back to Planet Hollywood, did a little gambling a probably went to bed close to 4am. Going to bed sober in Vegas sucks ass!!!!

Tomorrow it gets fun!!!

TR Day 3 – Wasted Space - Wednesday NYE eve

Woke up around 10:30AM. Not feeling too bad. Oh wait, that’s because I wasn’t drunk last night, fucking concerts! Anyway, grab Jenn a sandwich from Earl’s and I go to valet to pick up my car, as jenn is going to sleep all day I guess. Valet says an hour wait. WTF!!! After like an hour I finally get my car. This is a bunch of bullshit, every time I go to the Wynn valet takes 5 seconds but at the PH a fucking hour. I bitch at the valet person and he says they always have long waits. So much for customer service!

Off to the golf course. Go to Badlands golf course in Summerlin. Very nice course lots of expensive homes lining the fairways. The people in my group bitch about the fact that it is a desert course. They are stupid, go play a course in phoenix if you want to see a true desert course. This one was not. Most of the round hitting great shots. Putting like shit, oh well still beats working. The only negative, I would figure at a course like this the cart girls would be hot, just some old broad wtf! Pick up a couple bottles of the sparkling wine that Jenn likes and back to the hotel.

Both of us get ready while throwing down the drinks! I think she drank a whole bottle while getting ready. At least she will be more fun than usual! I had a good number of vodka monsters and jager bombers as well. (Speak of the devil I just poured a vodka monster and I think Jenn is drinking wine. What the life.) We finally get ready and grab a cab over to place called the hole in the wall. It is located behind the Flamingo. It is known for having awesome Italian food and I must agree. We left that place stuffed. Plus they had free all you can drink wine so that is always a plus! Head over to the Hard Rock and I can barely move.

Get to the Hard Rock. Check in with our host Chuck. Really cool guy! Go gamble for a few why waiting for everyone else. Lose a little. Get a text from George saying that they are here and he is in a white tie. Spot a guy in a white tie in front of wasted space. Start to talk to him and he is like who the fuck are you and they take off. At first I think wtf that wasn’t friendly bunch of assholes, and then I think jc.com people can’t be assholes and just then another text comes through and George says he is at a slot machine right by me. Two people with white ties in the exact same location, I should have played the lottery that day!

Say our hellos and other bullshit and we are ready for wasted space, me, Jenn, Aria, Nyceguy, and Drew. George now can’t find his ID. After a few he decides to go back to his room to (attempt) find it. So the rest of us go in. Drew pitches in for bottle service and George was too (more on that in a minute). Get in and get a sweet huge table overlooking the dance floor! It’s the MMA awards after party too, so there is a bunch of fighters walking around as the place gets packed. Get a bottle of goose and one of sky for a total of $360. You can’t beat that. They also threw in a bucket of beers for Jenn since she doesn’t drink hard liquor. Pussy! The club is filling up, everyone keeps texting George and he finally realizes that his ID is gone for good. How the fuck do you lose your ID in Vegas (I still love u though, George, not in a homo way). So I get stuck paying for the rest of bottle service :( We are all getting drunk. Oh yeah Aria is a size Double F according to some people. I couldn’t tell though! Finally, Marc and Simon show up and move their 2 bottles to our table so we have like 6 people drink 4 bottles of vodka! We are all getting pretty hammered. Some guy comes in with some fat chicks and pitches in towards bottle service, so I let them stick around. Next thing I know Marc is making out with some huge girl. He was sucking on her titties and they were just hanging out of her shirt. Even though she was fat she still had huge titties so all in all not bad!!! We keep drinking. Next thing I know Jenn is making out with Marc and I’m not really that concerned as it is Vegas and we all our drunk! I think at some point one of the fat chicks was trying to grab my junk too, so whatever! I leave to cash in my chips from early (I snuck out at some point and won some money playing black jack.) I guess Jenn follows me and I don’t remember anything else from the rest of the night. I was plastered! I guess we had sex all sorts of different ways. Glad it was good for her because I don’t fucking remember. The night was a blast!
