Apparently that girl's room was some kind of special room, unless that was a normal room. The bathroom had glass walls where you could literally look in on someone taking a shower from the bed. And there was a jacuzzi in the bed area outside of the bathroom.

1 Week Before

I'm starting with some backstory here because this TR will need it in order for you guys to fully understand certain parts, and appreciate the outcomes.

So, what started as a simple comment on the way to a club with my friends, "Hey, you guys wanna go to Vegas?" became a reality. Now here we were, 1 week to go and time couldn't go any slower. It was a group of 4 and I felt I was prepared for our weekend thanks to this forum.

A friend of ours who moved to Phoenix for school found out we were going and decided he was going to meet us there too with one of our other friends (his roommate) and some other guy he knows from there. I'm like Great! It's gonna be a good group.

I'm doing my usual routines at work (ie. surfing the jc forums and facebook) when I see a post from one of my homegirls I went to college with. "Vegas once again…" So of course I reply with "I'll be there in 1 week. Enjoy." She says she'll be there the same week for her birthday with her cousin. So now it's gonna be 9 of us. I'm thinking this is turning out pretty well so far.

I tell my friends and they're all excited now, especially since I have these 2 gorgeous girls going to meet us up (my homegirl and her cousin are 2 extremely attractive Dominican females from the Bronx). They asked me if I would mind if they tried to "talk" to them, because they thought I was trying to get her since I knew her. But of course I said fair game, since we were friends for years. I had a HUGE crush on her in college but it subsided after nothing happened and she showed absolutely no interest past friendship. My friend Junior in particular said he was gonna try, so I was rooting for him. lol.

Day One

Alarm goes off.

I hit the snooze button. Normally I lay in bed for a few snooze button presses before I get up. But I quickly realized, this wasn't an ordinary day. This was the morning of my flight to Vegas. I get giddy, jump up and start preparing. Fast forward 1 ½ hours later and all 4 of us are in the car heading to JFK Airport all pumped.

Fast forward another 1 hour and we're checked in, finishing having breakfast, walking towards the gate. Find out we have free wifi on the flight. Perfect! I can give live updates to my friends lol. We had a connection in Salt Lake City (made the costs way cheaper).

A voice comes over the plane PA system saying we're approaching and tables up, seatbelts buckled and seat back up. I turn to my friend, "We're about to begin. Prepare."

Walking through the airport itself was already exciting. We snapped photos of the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign, and we were just soaking it ALL in. We get to the baggage claim area. As we're waiting I see a guy holding up a sign with my name in the distance. Perfect! My friends didn't know, I had set up a Limo with Presidential Limo (thanks to the advice on the forums here). I grab him, grab our bags and we head out to the Limo. We get in, pour the champagne, toast and it starts to feel like we're in a dream now.

The limo driver asks us where we're heading that night. I say "Tryst" and he says "no, go to Tao". He says he knows 2 managers that work there if I'm interested. I discuss it with my friends and we decide to go ahead and do Tao now instead. He was convincing.

We stop at the liquor store, grab a few bottles, and take pictures by the Vegas sign. I text my homegirl that we're here. Finally we pull up to Caesars. We walk into the lobby, I tell my friends to wait while I check in. Since we're getting 2 rooms I tell one of my friends to come with me because I wanna try something. The $20 sandwich trick. My friend starts panicking because he's afraid it won't work.

We get called to the counter. I start chatting it up with the woman. I make her laugh and it's all cool. I hand over my cc, id and $40 (for 2 rooms) and say "Are there any upgrades available? Something on a high floor with a nice view?" She looks at it, sees the money, puts my card down, pulls the money from it and to the side and says "let me see." She says she has 2 rooms on the 7th floor in the Palace Tower that are ready now, OR 2 rooms on different floors in the Augustus Tower that will be ready in a couple of hours. We decide to go with the Palace Tower because they were 5 doors from each other and ready now.

As we're walking thru the casino after dropping our bags off in the room, I see my homegirl in the distance at one of the machines. I run up behind her and grab her waist and I say "Hey there sweetness", she spins around stunned and when she realizes it's me she throws her arms up and we hug. I introduce her to my friends. I tell her we'll meet up later.

After some walking around the forum shops and grabbing a bite to eat. We decided to start getting ready around 9. I had gotten a call from a manager at Tao saying she'll set us up with a table in the main room but we have to be there by 10:30. So I'm like cool.

So we get to Tao at around 10:45. After several attempts at contacting this manager, I call the limo driver and he says he'll call us back. Next thing I know I get a call from a different manager and he says he's driving to Tao right then and there and he apologizes for the inconvenience. As we're waiting and I'm walking I bump into this girl who used to live across the street from me. We're shocked to say the least and we start chatting it up, she says she does VIP hosting in Vegas now when she's not playing professional basketball in Europe. It def put me in a good mood and it was a good sign.

We finally start walking into Tao and it's so packed they put us in the Opium Room (I think that was it). I'm like whatever, we sit down and we get 2 bottles and begin. One of my friends in my group is a cop in Brooklyn and he starts chatting it up with the bouncer in our area. He calls some other guy and they start talking. Apparently the guy had some connection to the NYPD. The guy comes over stays there in our area and starts bringing girls to us every so often.

The girls send me a text saying there heading there now. They get there and we all start drinking and dancing and having a blast. My friend Junior moves in and starts talking to her and dancing. Now I'm looking around and everyone is talking to someone of the opposite sex and we're just having one hell of a time. I look down at my watch, it's only 1. The night is just starting.

I start talking and dancing with some girl from Chicago. We're just drinking and chatting when I feel someone pull my arm. I turn around and it's my homegirl's cousin, she says "Don't talk to her!" I'm like great, nice block. She says she's only there for drinks, cause she saw her earlier at some other table asking for drinks. So I'm like great, I turn around and I'm like "Nice to have met you."

My homegirl sits down next to me and we start talking. I ask her how my outfit looks and she responds with "Sexy as hell." So I'm like "Thanks." She grabs my tie and runs it through her hand and says, "That's dangerous. It makes me wanna pull you in." And she does exactly that while laughing. Now, she has ALWAYS been flirty, but I never thought anything of it.

So we're drinking and talking and she gives me a couple of lapdances. She gets up and asks me to walk with her to the bathroom. So I get up and I start walking through the crowd. She goes in and I go into the bathroom myself. I lean against the wall while I wait for her. I feel someone start pinching my arm, I turn around and I see her poking her head from around the corner. She grabs my arm and pulls me toward her around the corner and starts dancing. So we start dancing and she starts playing with my tie, and looking up at me. She says, "Didn't I tell you this was dangerous for me?"

She smiles and pulls me towards her and we start kissing.

Day One (Part two)

So after more dancing, drinking, shots, making out, Shouting the chorus to Empire State of Mind (NEW YORKKK!!) we are having a blast. This girl confesses to me that she had a crush on me since college but she never told me. And that when she found out I was coming while she was here, she made up her mind that she was gonna get me lol. She even told my friend, but my friend was too drunk to tell me. I found out later on. She had told him that she's going to kiss me.

My cop friend disappears with some girl. No one knows where he went. My other friends disappears also. So it's just me and my friend Jon with these 2 girls now. We wanted to head to Drais, but the girls wanted to hit the slots at the Venetian for a bit.

We ended up staying there for a while, but it was a blast. everyone was feeling good. So we leave there at about 5:30ish. Take a cab back to the hotel. My friend Jon says he'll be back and he disappears now too. I'm with the 2 girls and they ask me to come with them to their room because they wanted to change. They changed into some comfortable clothes because they wanted to keep gambling for a bit. We head downstairs, her cousin disappears and its just us 2 now. She hits the monopoly machine and we're just having a blast lol. Completely all over each other and hitting the buttons on the machines. We decide to leave back to my room at about 7:30am.

End of Day One

Day Two

I wake up at 10:30am. Get ready for breakfast in 5 minutes.

I leave to have breakfast with the fellas. We find the Augustus Cafe right in the lobby and decide to eat there. We're reminiscing about the night before and how great it was.

We decide we want to do Ditch, but I didn't have any bathing suits because I couldn't find any to buy in NY anywhere. So we plan to go to shop for some.

I run back to the room at 12:00pm. Hang out with her for about an hour in bed, before she leaves.

I rush to get ready because I want to make it to Ditch. My friend and I decide to head to Miracle Mile (I think its called that), and I buy a few things and head back. But by that time it's like 3:30-4:00. So we decide to just check out the Caesars Pool and the Venus pool instead.

We hang out and talk by the pools for about 2 hours or so. We leave by 6, head back to the room. I shower and change so we can see the bellagio water show at 7 and then we could head to the Paris Buffet afterwards.

But before I do, I call my "friend" and she says she's not feeling well. So I had some motrinds and stuff and I head to her room for a bit to give her them. We hang out there and that's where that picture was snapped with the mirror on the ceiling.

After hanging out with her for a bit, I meet up with my friends and we head towards the bellagio fountain. We watch the show, and then head into the Paris hotel for dinner. The buffet was great, and we head back to our rooms to start getting ready for the night.

At about 10:30pm we start heading over to the Palms in a limo. The girls said they would meet us there, but they were going to check out some spot in the Palazzo that was doing free drinks for ladies or something.

We pull up to the Palms, and I give my other friend (the one from Phoenix) a call because they were already there waiting for us to start the night.

We link up, grab our wristbands and we decide to head up to Ghostbar to check out the view and start the night.

From here we do a little bouncing around. Ghostbar -> Rain -> Playboy Club -> Moon.

Everything was running smooth, everyone was having a good time, until we hit a little speed bump at Moon.

My friend Junior was standing by the dancefloor moving into it eyeing his next target, when some guy was walking perpendicular to him. Junior didn't see him until the last second and stopped to let the guy pass, but as the guy passed he kind of stared Junior down in his face. That's a universal problem sign.

Immediately, within half of a second, my friend from Phoenix comes from behind Junior and steps in between them with his hand on the guy's chest. "Keep it moving. We're in Vegas baby, we just having a good time. Keep it moving!"

Everyone in our group starts to quickly look around and dissect the situation. It's only 3 of them, and its 7 of us. The guy's friends were on the side not moving. One of them tried to step forward but my friend Jon (the big guy) put his arm out and stopped him and said "You don't wanna do that my man." And they pulled back and stood on the side without moving.

"Keep it moving. We in here just trying to have a good time." My friend says.

"I'm from LAS VEGAS! I'm on that Mayweather sh*t!" says tough guy.

My friend responds:
"I'm from NEW YORK! I'm on that Mike Tyson sh*t!"

That's when everyone in my group takes a step forward, and the guys friends grab him from behind us and move him away.

It sucked because now everyone was in "fight mode". But thankfully, I recieve a text 5 minutes later from my old neighbor (the one I bumped into in front of Tao the night before). Apparently, she's heading to Seamless and wants to know if we wanna go. So I say "Yes!" because I think we need a change of scenery.

We go outside to meet her and we see she's with 2 party buses. We hop into one and we're on our way around 3:30am.

We get a table at Seamless and my old neighbor's friend who was with us that night starts asking if we want girls. We say "YES" so he starts grabbing some of the girls to start dancing on the guys.

At one point, I look around and see that everyone in the group has a girl dancing on them. I'm like "whew, quick recovery to an almost bad night".

They leave the best one for me because I kept handing the girls off to the guys first.

Fast forward to 7:30am, we're pulling up to Caesars in a limo. We step out the limo and cover our eyes from the bright sky as we walk into the hotel and into our room to sleep.

Night 2 wasn't as good as the first night, but it had it's moments...

That's not bad at all for a second night! Definitely did an awesome job!

Day 3

I feel someone shaking me awake. I open my eyes, it's my friend Jon (we're sharing the same room). He says we slept through the alarm I had set so we could wake up early for Wet Republic.

I jump up like there's a fire and look at the time panicked. But it wasn't so bad. I wanted to wake up at 10am, but ended up waking up at 10:30am. We're good. I tell everyone to get ready within 5 minutes, no lie.

By the way, I realized I was still drunk. I woke up drunk.

So we get ready and we're heading towards the cab line downstairs. I call the girls and they say they're not ready yet. So my friends and I decide to get some breakfast while we wait. We eat, they come downstairs and we're on our way to Wet Republic.

We get there at about 11:45am. I had been speaking to Corey from there (thanks to this website) and he had set up a daybed for us. But when we got there he said they had already given it away. Great! Well, I figured whatever, we can all just hang out. But he came back and said that some MGM executive was holding a daybed for some VIP guest, but they hadn't confirmed anything yet. If he didn't confirm anything within the next 5 minutes, it was all mine.

10 minutes pass and we're walking into Wet Republic to our daybed. We set our stuff down and I order the first couple of pitchers and bucket of water, and we begin.

So we're all hanging out, I'm in the pool. It's all good.
When all of a sudden, my nose starts bleeding.

GREAT!

I start heading to the bathroom and my homegirl's cousin grabs a bunch of napkins and we're sitting on the steps on the side of the bar. I'm chilling, like this will stop soon. I'm ok. No biggie.

Next thing I know two paramedics come and tell me I have to follow them downstairs. lol. Great!

So we're downstairs waiting for the bleeding to completely stop. It stopped within the first 5 minutes, but they made me stay there anyways. I was literally sitting on a chair with my legs extended in front of me crossed slouched down texting on my phone. So normally, anyone else would panick and the day would be ruined. Guess what was going through my head?

"This is gonna be great in the TR."

So it stops, I go back to the daybed. I chill for a bit but I decide I wanted to head back because I just felt like showering and washing my face. My friends were gonna leave too but I insist that they ALL stay, I just wanted to go back to the room and clean up then I would come back.

But my "homegirl" (don't know how to refer to her anymore) would not leave my side. She said she's going back with me no matter what. So I'm like, fine. We catch a cab back to Caesars around 2ish.

I head to my room and she hits the slots while she waits. I shower, change, and I thought about going back to Wet Republic, but she asked if I wanted to do any sight seeing and walk the strip, cause I hadn't really done much. So I agree.

We start walking the strip and we head into Harrah's casino. I ask her if she wants to hit any of the tables and she says she doesn't know how to play any of them. So I tell her I would teach her. We start easy with Roulette. I throw down 100 and start showing her. I ask her to pick all the bets. 5 minutes later we're walking away with the 100 gone.

Next we see the craps tables. So I hadn't played craps before but I had learned specifically for this trip and I couldn't pass up this opportunity. So I approach the table, there's only 1 other guy there playing. I throw down 100. I start playing and trying to explain the game to my homegirl.

Fast forward about 10 minutes, and I'm picking up the dice with the table full and a crowd watching the table cheering me on. I was on a ROLL!! Everyone was up thanks to me.

It was awesome, everyone high fiving me. Shouting everytime I rolled something good. It was really exciting. Of course I kept playing until I lost all of it, but the experience was worth it.

We leave and start walking the strip a little more. We decide to go back because the rest of the group was already back and they wanted to meet up.

We meet up her cousin who's with my friend Jon. We go to the girls' room and we're just chatting. My homegirl and I decide we want to eat so we head out. We kept disagreeing on where to eat but we ended up at Caesar's buffet. Not bad, but we had a great conversation about college and things. We ate but we sat there for about an extra hour just talking.

Next thing I know it's 10pm. I decide it's probably time to get ready asap. She runs to her room and I go to mine. We have to get ready for XS.

I wake up the guys and tell them we gotta be out of the hotel by 11 the latest. The girls took forever to get ready so they said they would meet us at the place.

We get there and the line isn't so long but we grease one of the guys there and all 6 of us walk in at about 12:30ish. It's PACKED!!! We post up by the bar when I get a text from the girls saying they're here. So I go outside to meet them and there was this moment that I can't forget. I'm looking for them when I see them walking towards me from far off.

It seemed like slow motion. They were walking side by side, on the same step in cadence, one leg in front of the other and all the guys were stepping aside and stopping to look. I just smiled because I knew they were walking towards me.

I walk up to the same guy I greased and I said, these 2 are with me. So since I was generous, he said ok and we walked in again.

So we decide to sit down outside by the pool because inside is so packed. We get some drinks, take some shots and we're just chillin outside.

So, after a bit she says she wants to dance. And we spend the next hour or so just dancing and my god, it was like the picture of us on the pillar.

She says she wants to use the bathroom, so I go into the mens room. I'm outside waiting for her against the wall and she comes out, and she walks right up to me and starts kissing me. So we're there for like 10 mins just making out. It was awesome.

We go back to the dancefloor, dance some more. Then we start snapping photos like crazy.

Eventually we leave, we head back to Caesars at around 5 I think. We lost everyone so it was just us 2. She insists on hitting the slots again. So we do, and we're laughing, kissing, playing, all over again. We order drinks and we're there till about 7. I never thought the slot machines could be so much fun. We eventually head back to my room around 7ish.

Yea, I didn't think to prepare. I haven't gotten one in so long but now I know. It sucks that I left Wet Republic early but regardless I had a good time. And the craps table experience was amazing.

If it helps, which probably doesn't, I walked around almost all weekend with a hickey on my neck. Normally it would bother me because I hate them, but I wore it proudly. lol.

That is always the tricky question. When i was out there last we were with 9 guys who love to party and have an insane time, but 1 of the guys cant keep his mouth shut. Like he doesnt realize what hes saying when he says things but we all saw it as potential disaster, but so far hes been good.

Exactly!!! Its funny though cause this last trip I would end up rolling solo by the end of the night and everyone would trip out. This last weekend I got together with a few from our trip and they were telling me about things that I did and didnt remember doing. They're all down for Vegas too and they've been warned too!

Day 4

I wake up at 10:00am. Wake her up, tell her we're leaving in a bit, she could stay if she wants. But she says she needs to start packing and getting ready to leave (it was her last day). So I start getting ready and we all leave within 15 minutes to Rehab.

We get there around 10:45am. We're inside by 11:00am. Cool. It's empty, but it gives us time to post up somewhere and grab drinks and walk around.

So we check out the craps tables. We start walking around getting a feel for the scope of this place, it's pretty huge. People start pouring in and by 12:30pm this place is jumping.

So basically Rehab is nuts! I remember walking around and my boy starts talking to this one blonde girl, so naturally I approach her friend who was by herself. She was from Germany, beautiful girl. She said she modeled.

We were chatting for a while. My friend says he wants to walk through the pool for a bit. Even tho it was advised against, I'm on my second Rehab lemonade and I'm like "fuck it". We start walking through when a song comes on (i forget which one), and the place goes nuts. I remember walking through the pool and everyone splashing all at once. It was beautiful chaos.

We leave around 5 or 6 or so when everything dies down.

We hop in a cab, but we're all starving since we had not eaten anything. So first thing that pops into my head, "In and Out". We tell the cab driver to take us to the in and out burger because I have to try the 4x4 with fries animal style. My friends look at me like I'm crazy. "Wtf is that". I respond with "Trust".

We're hammered ordering our food, we get it and go back to the hotel. We don't start eating until we're in the room. And we DEVOUR it. It was amazing. Thanks to the recommendation.

So by now it's around 7pm. We decide we want to keep it going because if we nap, we'll never get up. So everyone starts getting ready. I said I wanted to pregame at Mix. So everyone just followed my lead.

We hop in a cab to Mix around 9ish. I really just wanted to go for the view. We get there and it's a gorgeous view. We started snapping pictures, we had a couple of mojitos and were just chillin. I get a text from my old neighbor, she says she's heading to The Bank. I said "perfect!"

We meet her up at the bellagio and we walk in. She was with some girls and they said they wanted to go somewhere else so they left. But I was really loving the feel of this place.

Now, as we're standing there I see some guy sitting on one of the couches with a blazer w/ a hood. It look strikingly similar to JC, but I couldn't be sure.

So we're all digging the vibe. My friend's making out with some girl on the dancefloor. Cool! I start talking to this blonde from California. Everyone's having a good time.

One of my friends decides to leave around 3 because he said he was beat. So I'm like, have a good nite!

After the club dies down. We start heading out. Some couple starts asking us where we're going, so we decide to hit up Drais. They said they would follow.

We get to Drais but we kinda weren't diggin the vibe outside. We coulda been wrong but we decide against going inside now. My friend turns to me and asks "What about that strip club?"

My eyes light up, and I'm like "yesssss".

My other friend Junior says he's gonna go to the room because he's low on money. We wave goodbye.

I hop on the phone, call Rhino. They said they'd send a limo and they'd be there in about 10 minutes. Perfect!

So my friend and I start walking towards the front of Caesars. We get there, and within 5 seconds the Limo pulls up. We hop in and we're off. I remember thinking "this is crazy", it's 6am and we're in a Limo to the Spearmint Rhino.

So we get there, get in, find a spot by the stage and just chill. We order more drinks. My friend disappears with one of the girls for about 45 minutes. I just sat there contemplating spending any more money lol. When he came back I was so dead tired that I just said, let's get outta here. So we bounce.

We head back to the hotel, and we walk into the rooms at around 7am. Last night in Vegas was epic.

Day 5

So for some strange reason I'm up by 11am. I guess my body was just getting used to it by this point. We all head down to get some breakfast again for the last time.

I remember walking through Caesars Palace lobby coughing, my voice was gone, and I was limping. And all I could think was, "Man, this was a f*cking great weekend."

We head back to our rooms, we all start getting ready because since it was our last day we decided to hit up the pools and relax. Then someone suggested Tao Beach. So, I knew it was probably dead but I said let's go anyways.

So we get there and it's dead. But we sit down, order some waters and we're completely drained of any energy. We're just sitting there lifeless. We stay for about an hour and we leave.

We go back to the room and we just end up passing out for about 1 hour.

I decide I want to walk around the strip a little bit and watch some of those shows, like the Mirage fire show and Treasure Island pirate thing (my homegirl said that one was her favorite). We walk through some of the hotels, take pictures in front of the Forum Shops.

We eat at the Fashion Mall (i think that was the name) food court just being loud and obnoxious, reminiscing about the whole trip. And it was a sad moment, when we realized it was all pretty much over.

We walk back to the rooms, grab our bags, and walk out the door. It truly was a sad moment for all of us.

So we checkout, grab a taxi. Head to the airport. Check our bags. As we're going through security, TSA decides to search my cop friend's bags. The whole time he's cursing and saying, "I'm a cop in New York City, why the f*ck would I be a terrorist." We're on the side laughing so hard. Poor TSA guy.

We decide since we have a some time, we might as well hit up one of the gift shop places for some souvenirs.

"Yo, did they just say our names over the PA?" my friend Jon says.

We all get quiet, and yes they were saying our names over the PA system. We all start panicking. I tell my friends Jon and Junior to run to the gate and get on and tell them we're right behind them.

I'm paying for my stuff, my cop friend stays with me. The Asian woman behind the counter could not have gone any slower if I paid her to. I get a text from my friend Jon who ran ahead of us, it said "RUN!!!! They're leaving!!!"

As soon as she handed me the bag I snatched it and we were off. We grab our bags and we're sprinting to the gate. We hear our names again over the speakers.

We get there just in time. The woman scanning the tickets scolded us and we're like "we know".

They scan our tickets, we get on. Whew! And of course everybody is already seated. We're the last ones. I swear, we hopped on and the door closed behind us. We get to our seats and sit down and we're both out of breath. I looked at my friend and said:

"That was f*cking crazy!"

Oh yea, I read about the montreal screw job. Vince is a d*pshit for doing that to his only good wrestler at that time. I m kind of getting back into Smackdown on Friday nights when the divas are wrestling.

I'm as much of a Bret Hart mark as anyone, but it's pretty well established practice that when you go to a rival promotion, you drop the strap on the way out. And it was pretty silly that he didn't want to lose a fake fight in his home country. Not his hometown, his home country.

My favorite guy on the roster now is CM Punk. Good on the mic, good in the ring, and he makes me reminisce about my own straight-edge days. That was back when I used to believe in things.
