There are a ton of amazing restaurants on the Strip, but if you are looking for something a little different from the regular bevy of italian and steakhouses....

Sushi Samba at Palazzo.

Texas De Brazil at Townsquare.

Nuff said, both amazing!

When I was there in May I stopped by Samba to have a drink and noticed they had a pretty kick ass drink menu! I'd recommend it just for that!

I went to Samba in September and was not that impressed. It was Good but, I've had better.

And, What's up Cisco?!?

Yo Yo...Not much been busy as hell and have not had time to get on the boards in a while. Trying to play catch up now :)

Yeah I'm booking my flight today for my trip in December for the Aria/City Center opening. 12/15-12/20 and than the JC trip next year.

As, for Samba Cisco is right the drink menu is awesome and the place itself is really nice and I really liked the atmosphere. Just food was OK when I was there. I would suggest going to the place at least once and I think it turns into a Night spot still called Sugarcane and have DJ's.

dim sum fans might like the dim sum restaurant inside the Gold Coast. I forget the name, but my family usually makes a stop there.

I've heard good things about Sushi Samba, and the JC shout-out is just another arrow in the quiver. I have reservations for November 19.
