Hi there....I am soon to be a Vegas first timer!!!
We are going Sept. 28 for 1 week....it's my birthday present....I just turned 40...hope that's not too old for all you folks!! But I am a very young 40 LOL everyone thinks I am in my 20's...so it's all good!
I'm here to get lots of advice from everyone .....hoping to find some clubs that are cool and hip but not so concerned about who is going to look good in their bar.......do they frown on couples?

Single guys usually have to get table service or grease a bouncer. And all of them do.

They had to saw mine into 4 different pieces, and then pull them out. It sucked.

the actual procedure should be a breeze for you....are you getting any kind of sedation? lots of DDS's use conscious sedation.....but regardless, as long as ur good and numb no big deal(if they have to be cut in pieces or not).....the first 2 days post op are the worst..after that you will be fine! good luck!

mine are impacted too, they told me that the longer I go with them like that the weaker my jaw gets.... or something like that. I'll probly do it sometime in the next few months

Modern dentistry isn't a big deal. I had a root canal back in December, and it was totally painless.

majority of ppl's wisdom teeth are "impacted"
they can't weaken your jaw....but imo...as a general rule, due to the pressure, they may cause crowding and as we age our teeth tend shift....so why not get them out sooner than later.
and yes....most dentists are not barbaric and the procedure should be a breeze!

I don't know if I m going to get knocked out completely for it.. last time around I had a shot and it was completely numb. The only way i knew they were doing something to me was when they were sawing and it was rattling my skull. I hope a weekend is enough to recover... if not then I will have to work from home for a couple of days.

dont sweat it. statistically I think they only break your jaw 33% of the time

Thats very good odds compared to the craps tables at Vegas :)
