It takes a week for me. It takes that long to gain the weight back and feel normal again.

it takes me almost 2 weeks since I get maybe 4hrs of sleep when im in vegas.

I'm fine the next day

I usually gain weight when I'm in Vegas... and then keep gaining once I get home... I'm up about 12lbs in the 3 weeks since returning :/

Maybe you gain weight because all you do is eat and sleep in Vegas? Now if you partied hard that would be a different story :D

Serious? I'm the opposite. Dropped about 5 when I was up there, gained about 15 when I got back.

I'm fine the next day... It's the second full day I'm back that crashes me. I've just made it a point to take that day off or at least half-day it.

I lose 5-10lbs while Im there. Nassau can confirm we only avg. 1 meal a day.

Over 4 days all I ate was sushi twice once fri once sunday, a bagel and a chicken quesadilla, actually it was 3 days cause I left 1st thing monday

I always gain weight on any vacation. One of my favorite things to do when I travel is eat! But I just got back from Vegas on Aug 30th, my brain is still fuzzy and I have no motivation to do anything.

I def. lost weight in Vegas but overall I gained 5 Kilos on my 3and a half week US Trip.

No Sport and tons of fast food do this to you.

I won't eat fast food even on vacation and I never gain (or lose) any weight while out either :p . But it sure does take a good week to fall back into mundane reality

I actually know people that dont eat the sandwich but actually just sleep with it for comfort!! :D

hah...I know it takes me a week. Hell its been a week almost from LDW and I still have not posted pics or a Trip report. Just so dam tired...I'll get them up this weekend I promise.
