What's "oriental" about it? I dont know shit about painting cars or colors so sorry if I sound ratarded :D

Its just the name of the kandy. You see a kandy paint is a transparent color dye that tints the color below it. So If you got a gold basecoat it will be brighter than a charcoal basecoat. A charcoal basecoat would make it like a darker blue. All kandys got weird names like Kandy root beer or Kandy tangerine.
