Hey Ak sorry to call you out but I am headed out for a river trip Friday and I wanted to know what is in that trash can drink of yours. My friend loves her RB & V so I'm thinking she will love those.

I think it is important to note what is in those drinks that we're all holding.

Alaskan Trashcan =

Gin, Rum, Vodka, Triple Sec and Blue Curacao with a can of red bull flipped over into the top so it constantly refills itself.

Tastes almost identical to a Raspberry Slush Puppy except it gets you owned.

Dnix: Definitely wasn't just getting started, I'd overslept that night so we weren't able to make it to the JC things at Carmel and Bank without showing up super late and making someone have to come out to get us, so we just went to Moon/Playboy instead at around midnight.

I had definitely already been drinking for about 3 hours, not to mention all day before that, hahaha.

Got to love the fact that I immediately hit you guys with long islands and trashcans

I've always seen it referred to as an Irish Trash Can. It's more or less the recipe above, but with peach schnapps added.

Helloooo! *peeks head in* I've been reading about the Alaskan trash cans for a while, so we decided to make them tonight! They are delicious....and sneaky lol! They definitely don't taste like liquor, liquor, more liquor, more liquor, and red bull. :) We didn't make a true trash can because we didn't have enough red bull for each person to have their own can in their glass, so we topped off each liquor mix with red bull (but no can)....worked well. :p

Where is AK? I havent seen him post in any threads in a while. Since the 4th at least. I hope he made it back from Vegas ok.

Make sure you drink it with the straw or you'll end up like me drinking all the booze to find the red bull can is still full. Then you'll wake up sleeping by a trash can like I did hahahahaa
