Hello all! Just thought I'd introduce myself here. Name's Roman, I'm 22, and currently working on my B.S. degree in biology at Slippery Rock university in Pennsylvania.

Interesting things to share...I lost 80lbs. in a year. Went from 250 to 168, biggest accomplishment ever. Was interested in dermatology and after kicking the weight I fell in love with nutrition and exercise, so currently looking into dietetics for grad school in the near future.

I do warped tour.

Listen to a lot of punk, pop-punk, and emo music. Brother of Sigma Tau Gamma. Love to party!

Heading out to Vegas I think July 30th for the weekend, with a few great friends. been to Vegas twice before, but I was 14 and 16 when that happened, so you could imagine how much "fun" that was for me.

I got facebook and myspace if anyone cares. Looking forward to sharing some crazy times with all of you on here!

Welcome! Congrats on the weight loss and the mate! Looks like you met her at the right time. You should find Vegas to be a whole different place than when you were a teen.

I have a feeling the Vegas diet is going to be like my Ibiza diet..no sleep, no solid foods, just liquids for 52 hours..managed to lose 5kg by the time I got home!

Hang on...If that Atkins guy can make so much money from his diet, surely we can do the same by inventing the Vegas Diet Plan?!
