I love my BB storm...but I have a bunch of apps that make it more like the iphone. Crackberry.com has a ton...but I'm not sure about the PIN thing? Are you talking about BB messenger?

Went from the Pearl to the Flip (my ass has made a few calls in the past), and I'm liking it.

Haven't ever used the BB Messenger, though.

Oh, I've been interested in tethering b/f.... Do you need to sign up for a monthly thing or what? Do you know how much it is? I used to have the Verizon broadband plug in thing, which was freakin awesome, but at $50 a month I couldn't justify it.

My company pays for our phones but my colleague told me its only $7 more per month as long as you have the monthly data pack. Much cheaper than broadband and you can use while you're traveling as long as your phone has service (instead of paying at the hotel).

I will likely switch over.

Wow that's good! I'm going to have to call. We each pay $30 a month for data and it's all for business anyway, so if it's that cheap I'm definitely going to look into it...that's great.

Didn't realize but you can tether with any blackberry device. I am using my Pearl to tether and while not nearly as fast as my home wifi, it does the trick while I'm on the road or at the airport to browse the web.

Highly recommend it and will definitely switch over once Verizon comes out with a 3G phone (other than shitty Storm currently available).
